The Prospect Region Organization for a Better Environment (PROBE) is a community organization which was formed in 1996 and has served the Prospect communities on issues of interest and concern over the years.
PROBE has been reactivated to address concerns concerning the proposed residential development for Halifax Exhibition Centre (HEC) and the renewed development of Ragged Lake Industrial Park.
