It had a wonderful end to the summer visiting community members and attending events. I am happy to share some highlights from my schedule over the past couple weeks.
Celebrating a Milestone Birthday: I had a great time celebrating a big milestone birthday with Prospect Bay resident, Andre Leblanc, who also happens to be the dad of my friend and colleague, MLA Susan Leblanc.
Each year I have the pleasure of attending the Beechville Days Community Event. This year was another successful Beechville Days celebrations.
Finally had a chance to play pickleball with the Prospect Slammers and learn more about the fastest growing sport in the world. A great group of folks come out regularly to stay active with friendly competition. I got a few slams in but let’s just say I’m looking forward to a couple of rematches!
